TURBINE’S Collaborative Food & Beverage Manufacturing Precinct will enable SME food and beverage manufacturers to innovate and scale up and is set to become Australia’s leading industry-based food and beverage research, education and commercialisation facility with the precinct expected to gain national and international recognition as a blueprint for collaborative manufacturing.
This end-to-end collaborative food and beverage precinct is a world first, and it will provide lucrative opportunities for businesses at all stages and sizes to build, to scale and to export, all under one roof. Turbine’s location will provide seamless access to domestic and global markets.
TURBINE will be located within the Sunshine Coast Industrial Park in Caloundra. The Sunshine Coast Industrial Park was Developed by Queensland Government agency Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) and is perfectly located in a major growth corridor with a large and rapidly growing population.
Turbine is a Commonwealth Government supported project.
TURBINE is seeking EOI’s from parties interested in leasing space in this new facility.
Tenancies available include:
- Small – 300m2 – 600m2
- Medium – 1000m2 – 2000m2
- Large – from 2000m2 to 8000m2
Note: sizes are negotiable, depending on the needs of the tenant.
